Market leaders, large-scale projects, and industry game-changers—this is the playing field where you excel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Altio’s key clients and projects within the Swedish energy transition. Your strength lies in building strong connections between people and organizations. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, you gain deep insight into your clients’ needs and ensure their satisfaction. You stay ahead of upcoming projects and secure involvement through collaboration agreements and participation in tenders.

Additionally, you play a proactive role in the growth and development of the entire organization, reporting directly to our Regional Group Director. With your vision and pragmatic approach, you help elevate our sales performance. Internally, you take the lead in winning new contracts while also being a strong team player and supporting your colleagues with their portfolio. You actively engage with colleagues and are always available for questions. After all, you are the one who always knows what’s happening in the industry.

Who are you?

You are proactive, communicative, results-driven, and entrepreneurial, with strong leadership qualities. You are motivated and eager to achieve commercial success. You take initiative and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you have:

  • A bachelor’s level of thinking and working

  • Several years of relevant experience in the recruitment, staffing or consultancy industry

  • Knowledge of and experience in our industry

  • The ambition to take the next step in your career
