What will I be doing?

• Handle work hours administration and ensure timely invoicing

• Become a professional in performing discrepancy analyses

• Oversee the entire administrative invoicing process

• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to organize complex processes

• Ensure satisfied clients by turning problems into solutions

As an AR Specialist, you’ll become an expert in identifying patterns, spotting discrepancies, and solving complex issues. Together with twenty ambitious colleagues on the team, you’ll take on the challenge of timely and complete invoicing every period. You know what really excites us? What do you bring to the table?

• Relevant work experience in Finance is a plus

• You speak and write both English and Swedish on a professional level

• A results-driven, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

• An independent, accurate, and hands-on working style

• An Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance
