What am I going to do?

From our head office in Moerdijk, The Netherlands or our office in Antwerp, Belgium, you will serve the various locations for STAR Germany and Austria. You make the difference during the recruitment process and proactively look for potential candidates for our internal organisations. You do this through our unique employer branding while building your network on LinkedIn. You know exactly how to bind them to STAR through your experience as a Recruiter. You conduct interviews and are also responsible for supervising these candidates. You also ensure good cooperation and communication with our internal and external stakeholders.

• You search for potential new colleagues on social media.

• You do this by means of good employer branding from Moerdijk for STAR locations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

• You then interview them, make them fans of STAR and guide them through the further application process

• You will liaise with various recruitment agencies and advise hiring managers on job profiles

• You work closely with the marketing department

• You think proactively about the future vision of attractiveness on the job market

What we expect from you

• You have a Bachelor diploma

• You are curious and eager to success

• You speak and write fluently in English and German (Native). Speaking more languages is a plus!
