Responsibilities

As an German-speaking International Recruiter, you will find the best candidates for our clients’ pioneer projects. Hence, you would be responsible for CVs screening, sourcing, head-hunting, interviewing candidates, accompanying them during the selection process and maintaining relationship with the candidates throughout the projects. Your skills, motivation and passion will be greatly rewarded, your talent will be your trump card.

Requirements

What we will expect from you: 

• You are curious and eager to success
• You have a proactive personality and positive attitude
• You speak and write fluently in German and English. Speaking more languages is a plus! 
• You conduct Boolean searches every day and really know your way around online
• You have good communication skills, which you use when dealing with potential candidates
